Once we have confirmed that your license is operational, we will send you a return envelope.

Once you receive the return envelope, please return the hardware key.
Hardware Key Return Agreement
Since 3DTascalX Version 11, the license authentication method*1 will be changed from the hardware key to an activation method using Internet.
*1 The proxy authentication function allows it to operate even on PCs that do not have internet access.
Along with that, After upgrading, you have to return the hardware key (USB key, printer port key).
We will send a envelope for returning to customers who have confirmed that their 3DTascalX V11 or later license is working.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please give us your cooperation of returning the hardware key as soon as possible after receiving envelope.
