A web server outage occurred today from approximately 13:20 to 15:40 (JST), during which
access to our website and user pages, as well as license activation and deactivation processes, was unavailable.
The issue has now been resolved, and all services are operating normally.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this may have caused.
We are currently investigating the cause of the outage and will implement measures to prevent a recurrence.
